On the left hand side of the screen is the Portfolio which contains three sections. It is best to set up your Collections first, then the Attributes, and lastly the Paintings.
Collections enable you to group your paintings by theme.

Click on "Portfolio" then "Collections" then the top right hand
blue button with the plus (
)
to add a collection.
Fill out Step 1,
then press the tab for Step 2 and fill out the information,
then press the blue save button (
).
Add as many collections as you wish.
You may edit or delete collections at any time by pressing the blue
button to edit (
)
or the red top right hand button (
) to delete.
Add descriptions which can be used to describe multiple paintings,
i.e: Oil on canvas. Set these up before you add your paintings.

Type in your attribute name i.e. Oil on canvas.
Then select one of the following attribute group: Colour, Location,
Media, Mounting and Framing, Postage Options, Size, Weight.
Then press the blue save button (
).
Upload your images, sizes and descriptions etc of each work of art.
Pricing options can also be added i.e. unframed, framed, UK postage etc.

on the top right hand corner. Fill out each tab which says Step 1
to Step 6. After completing everything press save

add as many paintings as you like!
Tags (bottom of Step 2) are really important. Enter what people
would enter to search for your work (ie type of work, style, ...)
Copying:
You can select a painting from the list by clicking in the left hand
box next to it

then in the top right hand corner press the copy
(
) button. You will then
be able to change the points needed and make the item visible.
Filtering:
Once you have added all your paintings, you can type in a title in
the filter area and click the Filter search button

) to find it.
